About

Behind Madhavam

Madhavam is a personal space shaped by family, photography, and the places that feel close to my heart.

I live in the Boston area, and every year I find my way back to Kozhikode, where many of my family roots, memories, and connections remain. This site brings those worlds together in a simple way: family stories, photographs, traditions, culture, and the small details that connect people across places and generations.

Photography has been my hobby for many years. As someone who spends most of my professional life in technology, photography gives me a welcome reason to step away from computers, go outdoors, observe people and places, and enjoy light, nature, and real moments. I am especially drawn to traditions, culture, art, family life, and the quiet beauty found both in New England and Kerala.

My hope is that Madhavam becomes more than a personal website. I see it as a place to preserve memories, share useful information, exchange ideas, and keep family connections alive in a thoughtful and meaningful way.

Observing people, traditions, and moments as they unfold.
